Apple Cheese Casserole

 

Ingredients

    2 cans sliced apples

    1 stick margarine

    1 cup sugar

    1/2 lb Velveeta

    3/4 cup flour

 

Instructions:

    1. Put apples in 1 1/2 qt. buttered casserole.

    2. Cream margarine and sugar well.

    3. Add cheese and flour. Mix well and pour over apples.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Warm Cranapple Salad

 

Ingredients

1 can whole berry branberry sauce

1 large apple, peeled and chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts

 

Instructions:

    Heat oven to 400 degrees

    1. Sprap 1 quart casserole dish.

    2. Mix cranberries, apple and cinnamon. Pour in dish.

    3. Pour marshmallows on top.

    4. Bake 1 to 10 minutes.

    5. Sprinkle with walnuts.

BJ Thomas' Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

 

Ingredients

    2 cups evapoated milk

    1/2 tsp paprika

    1 tsp salt

    2 Tbsp minced onion

    2 cups cubed Cheddar Cheese

    2 Tbsp butter

    3-4 cups cooked macaroni

    1 egg, beaten (optional)

 

Instructions:

    1. Put all ingredients except macaroni and egg in crock pot. Stir well.

    2. Cover; cook 1 hour over low heat.

    3. Add macaroni (for a thicker sauce, add beten egg just before adding macaroni)

    4. Cook 2-3 hours over low heat.

 

6-8 servings
